Batdeung High School, Bat Deung Village

Equipment:

15 desktop computers, one LCD projector, and one printer 

Batdeung High School is located in Bat Deung Village in Kampong Speu province where we have one other computer lab (school #7), which is 35 km from Phnom Penh. The school is built on 2.5 hectares of land and consists of 7 buildings. Both computer labs are funded by De Heus that has a factory near these two schools.

Mr. Vy Ny, the teacher of business and IT said “I am very pleased to receive this partnership between the school and IFL project. Your support plays an important role in improving students’ learning capacity in both soft skills and computer skills. This training program is essential for human resource development in society, especially for our high school students, enabling them to gain strong digital knowledge in line with the government’s vision. On behalf of all teachers, we commit to working diligently and cooperatively with the project”

Sophalisa, girl, 15-year-old grade 10 student said “I am very happy and grateful for the computer class provided by IFL and De Heus. I commit to study hard, absorb knowledge, and continuously improve my personal skills with the donation and support. I hope to use it for my future education and career.”
